parcels must be sent directly to the korea (KR) address (i.e., through semi-registered mail/준등기, gen. courier delivery/택배). my kr address and consol does not and will not cater to convenience store pick-up (반택) parcels.

korea address (KR ADD) rental/box fee includes isf from kr to philippines (ph). local shipping fee to you and packaging fee, if needed, is not yet included in the initial fees.

kr consol will provide kr add arrival per parcel within 1-3 days upon arrival of parcel at the kr add. no unboxing video can be provided, and no further video proof (i.e., authenticity check) can be provided after arrival of parcel and items at the kr add. with that, please note that all parcels will be opened by the kr consol.

deadline of payment or DOP for kr add rental fee or box fee shall be when items under that batch/box arrive at my ph address, or in other words, ONCE ONHAND.

tracking number of each parcel must be submitted through the declaration form. if parcels arrive at the kr add or my ph address without a tracking number submitted through the form, these parcels will be considered as UNDECLARED PARCELS.

undeclared parcels that arrive at my ph address can remain at my ph address for a maximum of 4 weeks. if no one has properly claimed this parcel and paid for necessary fees, it will be disposed or contained items will be resold. no refund will be made for undeclared parcels after disposal.

my kr consol and i will not be held liable for any scams or incorrect items received from your purchase or transaction. kr consol cannot send/resend items back to kr sellers or to other kr addresses.

the address details to the kr address/warehouse cannot be shared with/to other people who are not directly transacting with me. please use the address responsibly. if a kr seller posts the warehouse details due to the irresponsibility of the sharer/buyer (ex., you ghosted the seller after sharing warehouse details), the sharer/buyer will be posted, blacklisted, and blocked.

i will not be held liable if the seller you transacted with scammed you or sent the incorrect items.

all items posted for claims are from south korea or japan and will need to be shipped to the respective country warehouse/address then to the philippines before arriving to the respective buyer or claimer.

all-in (item) price means that international shipping fee or isf has already been included in the initial payment. there will be a remaining local shipping fee and packaging fee to be settled upon arrival of item/s.

all claims are generally under a fast eta or feta, but an eta is also stated in the claiming post or tweet. it is emphasized that this is an estimated time of arrival for the items as delays may occur that cannot be controlled by the admin. please do not claim or purchase if you cannot wait or are impatient.

item conditions are disclosed upon posting for claims according to how the seller posts the items. no pc condition. however, do consider that there may be a chance of undisclosed damages or flaws present in the items or damages obtained from shipping (to kr/jpn address, to ph, to ph address). i will not be able to compensate for such damages as i do not have control on their packaging and shipping.

items must be paid for by the stated DOP. for PAYO dop's, 24 hours after receipt of order confirmation will be given for the buyer to send payment. failure to pay by the DOP will result to payment of a late penalty fee of 25 php per day (24 hours after dop). claimers with unsettled remaining balance will be notified will be given one week after notice to settle balance. failure to settle balance after one week will result to posting of claimer as bogus buyer or joy reserver.

if you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 50% of the item price will apply.

in the case of scams (i.e., scammed by the kr or jpn seller), i will refund the amount by a set date or time period. cases of scams include incorrect items sent to the kr/jpn address, no items sent at all to the kr /jpnaddress, and/or items sent to the kr/jpn address were found to be fake/unofficial.

once items arrive at my ph address, kindly give me maximum 1 week to ship out your items.

i will be shipping from the philippines. shipping cost to you will depend on the amount of photocards purchased and destination.

if you purchased 1-3 photocards, your items will be packed using the following materials: 1 toploader (not all cards will be placed in this 1 toploader), sleeves, 1 chipboard, white envelope

if you purchased more than 3 photocards, your items will be packed using the following materials: toploaders, 2-3 chipboards, bubble mailer

payment will be received through preferably paypal f&f or gcash (from wise). paypal g&s is available if you are willing to pay for the necessary fees

i will send packing photos for every transaction.

i cannot send any post box drop-off videos as i drop off mails over the counter at the post office. picture proof of such will be sent instead. tracking number, if applicable, will also be sent.
